Return Policy and Exchanges
All returns or exchange need to be accompanied with a return and exchange form.
In the return and exchange form you must describe the reason for your return or exchange and the action you would like us to take in this return or exchange form.

All packages must be sent insured with postage paid.
There are no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
For exchanges or replacement of items you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
There will be no credits or refunds for items that are returned after 60 days after the invoiced purchase date.
There will be no credits or refunds for items with forwarded shipping charges.
TOP TEN Canada Quality Guarantee
You may return any items for refund, credit or exchange if the item is in resalable condition within 60 days of your invoiced purchasing date. This policy excludes items of personal nature for hygenic reasons.

Exchanges are only valid for items within 60 days of invoiced purchase date and the item or items must be in resaleable condition.

Our accepted payment methods currently VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, EMT, Western Union, PAYPAL, Money Order, and Certified Check.
All orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder.

Shipping Guidelines
All orders will be shipped out within 24 business hours. All orders will normally take 5 business days or less normally. If no one is available to recieve the shipment a notice will be left at your door with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. Heavy and/or oversized items will require additional shipping charges please contact us 1.888.867.8362 or sales@toptencanada.com C.O.D. orders only be done within Canada and cannot be done through the US postal service.
