How do you ship?
TOP TEN generally ships via Canada Post and all packages are insured by the carrier.
Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including Expedited, Xpresspost and International Shipping.
Please be aware that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery however will take longer.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders generally process and ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding on weekends and holidays. Domestic delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to be delivered depending on location and delivery method selected.
We use Canada Post for domestic shipping
Delivery times are approximately the following:
Expedited service: up to 7 business days
Xpresspost service: up to 3 business days
Priority Courier service: guaranteed next business day (2 business days in East and West coasts)
These turnaround times do not apply to Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador.
All International orders take longer to arrive and are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country.
Once the order is submitted it is placed on hold for further review.
The purchaser will be contacted via email with the shipping charge and to confirm the recipient is aware that there will be customs and duties due on delivery. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by TOP TEN.
Your approval is mandatory for the order to be processed and shipped.
For the protection of the card holder additional information may be requested for the order to be processed and shipped. You will be contacted via e-mail or phone if additional information is required.
Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping.
Collect On Delivery payments (C.O.D.) within Canada are payable at time of delivery or pick-up.
If paying by credit card, customers are abiding by the Terms of Agreement of their credit card company.
All orders are subject to the following criteria:
• TOP TEN retains the right to refuse any order.
• TOP TEN recognizes only the terms and conditions contained here-in and only their terms will apply. A customer's own purchase order terms will not be binding on canbox.ca Ltd.
• The ordered quantity must be available in current stock. Unfilled orders (back orders) will be shipped promptly when stock becomes available. Customers will be notified by eMail of any back-orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
YES if for customer error, product must be in unused and saleable condition and will be at customers shipping expense.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for original forwarding shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments.
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed and if exchanging for other items, a confirmation email will be sent when the new order is placed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping from the TOP TEN warehouse in Ontario, Canada. All packages will have a tracking identification number.
Transit losses or damages must be claimed against the carrier and not against TOP TEN CANADA . All claims for shortages or concealed damages due to incorrect packaging must be made to TOP TEN within five (5) days after receipt of goods. All claims for errors in invoicing must be made to TOP TEN within five (5) days of receipt of goods. The customer will be provided with an email confirmation of their order which will also include tracking identification for their package.
Warranty and/or Guarantees
TOP TEN defers all warranty and/or guarantees of all 'Brand Name' products it sells to the manufacturer. No warranty and/or guarantee on these products is assumed by TOP TEN what-so-ever. However, as a 'customer service' TOP TEN will assist its customers under circumstances arranged between the customer and TOP TEN Products sold by TOP TEN carrying the TOP TEN brand are covered by a 90 day warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances except at the discretion of TOP TEN . Items being returned for warranty repair or replacement must be sent prepaid to TOP TEN . Replacement items will be sent back to the customer prepaid.
All Clearance items are final sale, No exchange or refund.
Gift certificates are paperless and the recipient will receive an e-mail only with the redemption information. No physical certificate is sent. Gift certificates expire 5 year from the purchase date.
No protective gear can completely guard against injury. Boxing, kickboxing and martial arts are dangerous sports and must be practiced under safe and supervised conditions at a reputable gym or sports facility. It is strongly advised that the user contact a certified boxing, martial arts or fitness instructor for proper training. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure the equipment used is in good condition and properly worn before usage. TOP TEN cannot be held responsible in any manner what-so-ever for the use or misuse of the products sold. The user assumes full responsibility and/or risk in any and all respects for the use of said products. If the user has any doubts what-so-ever about the safety of the equipment and/or product, discontinue use.
The purchase of any and all equipment from this web site amounts to an acceptance on the part of the purchaser of the above Disclaimer as well as the Terms and Conditions herein stated.
