Should any customer feel unsatisfied with their purchase please send the product back with the original packing and a letter explaining the reason of the return and the action you would like for us to take. Customers can return any product which hasn't been washed, worn, altered, or soiled for refund, credit, or exchange if the product is in "resalable" condition within a 14 day period after the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that result from use of the products. Use of the products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

Customers should send packages insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If the customer should request that we replace or exchange an item, they will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit.
